Support

Doodle Tots is a coloring, drawing, and play app for young children on iPhone and iPad, published by D4 Enterprises, LLC.

For help with the app or a purchase, use the contact form at d4enterprisesllc.com/contact. Include whether you are on iPhone or iPad, your iOS version, and what went wrong. For a purchase question, include the date of the charge.

Purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, use Report a Problem. We cannot see your Apple ID password or your payment card.

Pictures and sticker scenes are saved on the device. Deleting the app removes them. There is no D4 Enterprises account to restore them from.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Doodle Tots iOS app handles information. The contact form on this website is processed by Squarespace.

Information stored on the device

Doodle Tots keeps a child's drawings, coloring pages, sticker scenes, and game progress on the device. We do not operate an account system, and we do not receive a copy of that artwork or progress.

Purchases

Free Draw and some coloring pages can be used without a purchase. A one-time purchase, Unlock All Features, opens the rest of the coloring book, sticker scenes, and games. The purchase screen is behind a parental gate. Apple processes the payment and can share the purchase with Family Sharing. The app receives confirmation that the purchase succeeded. We do not receive the payment card number.

Sharing

A grown-up can share a picture from the parent area. Sharing uses the iOS share sheet. The app does not upload pictures to D4 Enterprises.

Motion

Ball Maze can use the device tilt to roll a ball. That motion stays on the device. We do not collect it.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect names, ages, email addresses, or other personal information.
  • We do not sell information.
  • We do not show third-party advertisements.
  • We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
  • We do not track anyone across other companies' apps or websites.
  • We do not ask for the camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photo library.

Children

Doodle Tots is made for young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Artwork stays on the device unless a parent chooses to share it through iOS.

Your choices

  • Pictures can be deleted in the parent area, or by removing the app.
  • Purchase history and refunds are managed with Apple.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do.
